New Zealand’s sec­ond big­gest dairy pro­ces­sor Open Coun­try Dairy says its over­seas cus­tomers are ‘‘very calm’’ in the wake of Fon­terra’s bomb­shell an­nounce­ment about a bot­u­lism bac­te­ria risk in its whey prod­ucts, but warns it early days in the scare.
