Hands-on fun as kids learn arts, crafts
More than 60 children kept busy in the school holidays making everything from pipecleaner monsters to little wooden tractors. The Crafts and Creations holiday programme was run over three days at the Matamata Baptist Church. Activities included woodwork, monster making, card and photoframe decorating, and other arts and crafts. Nicola Stewart went to check it out.
