I would like to apol­o­gise to the com­mu­nity, par­tic­u­larly those phon­ing the med­i­cal cen­tre, the med­i­cal cen­tre staff and doc­tors, for the very sub­stan­dard phone ser­vice pro­vided over the last two months. The new phone sys­tem has been in­stalled but clearly there is still a sig­nif­i­cant amount of fine tun­ing to be done. Please be as­sured we are work­ing on this and hope that in the very near fu­ture you will be able to call the Med­i­cal Cen­tre, Unichem and Pathlab with­out prob­lem.
