I would like to apologise to the community, particularly those phoning the medical centre, the medical centre staff and doctors, for the very substandard phone service provided over the last two months. The new phone system has been installed but clearly there is still a significant amount of fine tuning to be done. Please be assured we are working on this and hope that in the very near future you will be able to call the Medical Centre, Unichem and Pathlab without problem.
