A warm welcome to our paradise

Matamata Chronicle - - Front Page - By TERESA HATTAN

In this week’s Matamata Chronicle we officially welcome those new to town after Gypsy Day on June 1.

In our special publication you will find all the best things Matamata has to offer.

You will find also find a welcome from mayor Jan Barnes, and Waikato MP Lindsay Tisch who also calls this lovely slice of paradise home.

There is information about Pohlen Hospital, along with big business and large employers here in Matamata. The Chronicle team also visit the Firth Tower Historical Reserve to discover this hidden gem.

It was amazing for us to learn that even some who have lived here for years still haven’t visited this amazing facility.

And need to know about rubbish collection or fancy a walk in one of our beautiful parks or reserves? Find it all in our Welcome to the District special publication.

Of course, it wouldn’t have been possible without the sup-

Mrs Dfuse, Krystle Haines port of our amazing business community. Thank you for supporting us, both with this publication and throughout the year.

The beauty of this great publication is that it can be a handy resource to keep on file, even if you’ve lived here for years.

So please, sit back, enjoy and take time to reflect on our very special home – Matamata.
