SEEKING WHITE TEDDIES

Matamata Chronicle - - Conversations - Jackie Grinder, Matamata B.A Mudford, Matamata

Barbara and I are busy sewing clothes for 40 white Santa bears. We want to send 20 to Ronald McDonald House in Auckland and 20 to Waikato Hospital. What a great start to 2016.

We wonder if op shops have any white bears still sitting on their shelves which they would like to donate for these children. Bears can be left at the Drycleaners.

Many thanks, suspicious behaviour and report it. Kaimai tunnel ... would be a huge boost for the Matamata region and with increasing volume of traffic between Waikato and Tauranga it needs serious thought. – Kyron Nickalls Which way would they go to get to the tunnel we don’t want them to leave Matamata high and dry it is such a buzzing little town. – Sharron Pratt HAVE YOUR SAY: Letters should not exceed 250 words and must have full name, residential address and phone number.
