Tank Juice, Momento, Bayleys confirmed
Bayleys are going full circle. ‘‘Twenty years ago we were in the building next to where Osteria Da Gino now is,’’ Margaret Troughton said.
The real estate company is to share the former Heathcotes site, located at 65 – 73 Arawa Street with Tank Juice, Momento cafe and one yet-to-be confirmed tenant.
The company constructing the new building, Foster Develop, will sell the latter three tenancies as one freehold title, while Bayleys would own their tenancy on a freehold title section of the building.
Momento’s owners, Courtenay Paul and Craig Paul, said they have several locals interested in owning and running the cafe.
Troughton said they were looking at revamping their current office, which was just down the road.
So when the one level building came up they grabbed it.
She said having all the company in a one level building, instead of two levels, would improve the dynamics of the com- pany.
The 230m square building would also have an auction room and all the bells and whistles technology wise.

Bayleys Matamata will soon be neighbours with Diamond Jewellers.
