head cau­li­flower, cut into small flo­rets 1 ta­ble­spoon but­ter 2-3 ta­ble­spoons milk

Almond Honey-baked Salmon

500g bone­less salmon fil­lets (skin on) 1 ta­ble­spoon runny honey 1 tea­spoon lemon juice 50g sliced al­monds, very finely chopped

Greens

1 head broccoli 1 cup frozen peas, de­frosted

To Serve

lemon, cut into wedges
