Four de­li­cious, sim­ple smooth­ies

Smooth­ies are a great way to start the day as well as up your fruit and vege in­take. They’ll also give you a good boost of vi­ta­mins and minerals in some­thing that’s easy to drink.

1 ta­ble­spoon ground LSA 1 tea­spoon runny honey (op­tional) Tip: if you don’t have frozen ba­nanas, use fresh ba­nanas and a small hand­ful of ice cubes.

Place all in­gre­di­ents in a blen­der or food pro­ces­sor and blend un­til smooth. To serve, pour into glasses. 1 ta­ble­spoon ground al­mond ta­ble­spoon honey cup ice cubes Com­bine mango, milk, yo­ghurt, ground al­mond, honey and ice cubes in a blen­der and pulse un­til smooth. To serve, pour into glasses and top with ex­tra ice cubes.
