Sincerity’s winning way

Matamata Chronicle - - Front Page - REXINE HAWES

Matamata’s Sincerity Apparel Master is breaking records and reigning supreme.

The workwear, laundering and dry cleaning franchise has won the Apparel Master Supreme Franchise of the Year award for the third time in four years.

The award has never been won by the same franchisee three times.

In 2016, it narrowly missed out, placing runner up.

Sincerity director Allan Lambert is pleased about the achievement.

He says it is the result of a team effort.

‘‘I have a saying ‘you are only as good as the people around you’.

‘‘It makes us proud the people we have are doing a great job for us.’’

Allan and wife Raewyn have owned Sincerity Apparel Master for 11 years.

They also own and operate the South Waikato Apparel Master franchise.

Lambert says they knew very little about dry cleaning and laundering in the beginning but soon learned the key to a successful business was having a good relationship with their clients.

‘‘We started with a staff of two, now we have 14.

‘‘The relationship between ourselves and our customers is what makes it work.’’

And to ensure that healthy relationship keeps working, Sin- cerity conducts a customer satisfaction survey.

Lambert says they do get negative feedback, and they always take it seriously.

‘‘We get on to it straight away and make it right.

‘‘Most of our positive feedback is about our out drivers.

‘‘They are the eyes and ears of the business and how they conduct themselves is very important.’’

Lambert says looking forward, the plan is to keep providing the same great service that has kept them on top.

He is hopeful they will remain supreme in 2018.

‘‘It makes us proud the people we have are doing a great job for us.’’
