This relaxed look is perfect for any occasion. It looks best when the hair is polished and groomed beautifully, then tousled. To replicate this effortless style at home, enlist the help of your Remington Styles Unlimited. Its unique interchangeable design lets this tool work as a dual straightener and curling tong all in one. Step 1 On dry hair, start by taking large vertical sections Holding the tong vertically, open the barrel and start by smoothing the roots to mid-lengths through the straightening plates, so they are straight and glossy Lock the plates together and, taking one inch sections of hair, wind the bottom half of each section around the outside of the curved barrel (still holding the iron vertically). Make sure to curl the hair away from the face on both sides. The titanium plates will leave your hair looking and feeling polished and healthy Hold for 5 seconds and let each section drop so the curl stretches out as it cools Run your hands through the waves to loosen them Finish with a light texture spray and separate the curls to give a relaxed, tousled finish Sarah’s top tip: For a more beachy look, use a little styling powder and dust through to hold once finished – or you can spray a little dry shampoo through before you brush out, to add texture.

Get the look… Blake Lively’s bombshell curls

Bring on that wow factor with this Blake Lively-inspired glam Hollywood wave. For this look, you’ll need the innovative Remington Perfect Curls or Perfect Big Curls – with either a 19mm or 32mm barrel. Both curlers have an inventive heatproof casing, ensuring that every curl is flawlessly formed and there’s no chance of the dreaded styler-burn. Step 1 On completely dry hair, start by creating a low side part – around in line with the end of your eyebrow Begin with hair below the part and take sections about 1-2 inches wide (less if hair is thick, more if fine), parallel to the part line Secure the end of the section into the spring action clip and wind right up to the roots, holding for 10-15 seconds before releasing. Clip each section up into the curl as you finish, allowing it to cool for a few minutes Work around in sections over the entire head, making sure to curl in the same direction each time. When working on the sections across the top of the head, don’t curl all the way to the roots Once finished, loosen with finger and using a natural bristly brush, gently brush through, pulling hair forward to cascade over your shoulder Fix any stray hairs around your face and finish with a spray of hairspray Sarah’s top tip: Make sure you wind Perfect Curls in the same direction each time to ensure your curls form a unified shape This style is all about bounce, shine and healthy looking hair. The versatile Remington Styles Unlimited is the perfect tool for the job, with titanium plates that impart hair with an added boost of shine and smoothness, while its unique curved plates deliver increased body and bounce. Step 1 Blow dry 100% and begin by piling hair on top of your head, so you can work on the underneath sections first Clip open the barrel of the Styles Unlimited and in sections, slowly smooth hair through the plates. While styling, curve each section in a wide arc (as you would with a round brush). This will give a high shine and leave it with an open, bouncy curve Continue to take sections around the head, working up to the top layer of hair Tidy up the ends by locking the tong together and slightly pressing the ends against the barrel to flick them under Brush out gently with a natural bristle brush and add a little shine spray to finish Sarah’s top tip: Add extra volume to your style by using the thin end of the plates and straightening directly out at your roots for an instant height lift.
