Creamy coconut chai
77 Ready in 10 minutes | Serves 2 | GF
1 cup hot black tea of your choice, 1 cup coconut cream, 1 tsp vanilla
essence or extract, 2-3 whole star anise, 1½ tsp masala chai blend*, a pinch of salt
and 1 Tbsp honey or sugar (or to taste) in
a small pan and for 5-10 minutes over medium heat.
Strain into mugs or glasses.
