Nadia - - WELL-THY -

This winter instead of aiming to survive the season, try embracing it. Yes, it’s cold and dark and there are bugs going round, but there are many opportunities to enjoy a little peace and seek out simple pleasures. It’s a time of year when slowing down is encouraged and cosy nights in are celebrated. Hibernating by the fire can be a tonic for the body and soul, while getting out and braving the winter chill never fails to invigorate. Savour the season and be inspired by our workshop over the page.
