There’s an abun­dance of th­ese zingy sta­ples at this time of year so if you find yourself over-run, why not use your best-look­ing lemons to cre­ate a bright cen­tre­piece or ar­range­ment? It’s as easy as pil­ing them up in a bowl with a few leaves left at­tached.
