Feel­ing like your mind, body and soul need a spring clean? Join the NA­DIA magazine team for an inspiring af­ter­noon of food, yoga and well­be­ing ad­vice at Auck­land’s True Food & Yoga on Satur­day, 11 Novem­ber.

Hosted by Na­dia Lim and the NA­DIA team, this Healthy, Well-thy, Wise work­shop will give you the tools you need to find bal­ance, think pos­i­tively, make hap­pi­ness a habit and chill out.

The af­ter­noon will kick off at 1pm and in­cludes a yoga ses­sion, so please wear comfy clothes you can move in! Af­ter yoga, you’ll be treated to af­ter­noon tea in the bistro at True Food & Yoga be­fore a ses­sion with Na­dia and our panel of well­ness ex­perts. They’ll be dis­cussing their philoso­phies around fit­ness, well­be­ing and nu­tri­tion to help mo­ti­vate you to get out there and live your best life – in what­ever way feels right for you.
