Hosted by Nadia Lim and the NADIA team, this Healthy, Well-thy, Wise workshop will give you the tools you need to find balance, think positively, make happiness a habit and chill out.
The afternoon will kick off at 1pm and includes a yoga session, so please wear comfy clothes you can move in! After yoga, you’ll be treated to afternoon tea in the bistro at True Food & Yoga before a session with Nadia and our panel of wellness experts. They’ll be discussing their philosophies around fitness, wellbeing and nutrition to help motivate you to get out there and live your best life – in whatever way feels right for you.
