Av­o­cado su­per smoothie with berries & spinach

Ready in 5 min­utes | Serves 2 | DF | GF

2 cups frozen mixed berries 1½-2 cups chopped spinach or kale leaves Flesh of 1 firm, ripe av­o­cado 1½ cups wa­ter 1½-2 tsp liq­uid honey or ap­ple syrup (op­tional)

1 Blend frozen berries, greens, av­o­cado and wa­ter in a blender un­til smooth. Taste and add sweet­ener if you like.

2 Pour into glasses and drink the good­ness!
