Avocado super smoothie with berries & spinach
Ready in 5 minutes | Serves 2 | DF | GF
2 cups frozen mixed berries 1½-2 cups chopped spinach or kale leaves Flesh of 1 firm, ripe avocado 1½ cups water 1½-2 tsp liquid honey or apple syrup (optional)
1 Blend frozen berries, greens, avocado and water in a blender until smooth. Taste and add sweetener if you like.
2 Pour into glasses and drink the goodness!
