Raspberry crackle candy
(perfect as take-home treats)
Ready in 15 minutes plus chilling | Makes 30 chunks
200g white chocolate until smooth and
runny, then in ½ cup freeze-dried raspberries, 2 cups puffed rice (ricies) and 120g finely crushed
vanilla biscuits. into a lined brownie tin and press down with the back of a spoon.
for 30 minutes until set, then cut or crack into bite-sized pieces.
