Frozen yo­ghurt ba­nanas

6 firm but ripe medium ba­nanas 12 wooden skew­ers or long ice-block sticks 500g thick plain or flavoured yo­ghurt (I used Greek-style yo­ghurt with honey) 1 cup toasted co­conut ½ cup flaked or finely chopped choco­late

1 Line a large tray with bak­ing pa­per and make space in the freezer.

2 Cut the ba­nanas in half across the mid­dle and in­sert a skewer or ice-block stick into the end of each.

3 Dip ba­nanas in the yo­ghurt, then roll them in co­conut or sprin­kle with choco­late flakes.

4 Lay on the tray and freeze for at least 1 hour.
