This May, Out­ward Bound is in­tro­duc­ing a new five-day well­be­ing course which blends tra­di­tional mind­ful­ness prac­tices with the el­e­ments of a clas­sic Out­ward Bound ex­pe­ri­ence, such as scal­ing rock walls, sail­ing the Queen Char­lotte Sound, travers­ing high ropes and sum­mit­ing moun­tains.
