Kombucha slushies

Kombucha is a slightly bub­bly, fer­mented drink that is in­cred­i­bly re­fresh­ing and, I think, a much nicer al­ter­na­tive to fizzy drink be­cause it’s not too sweet. Be­cause it’s fer­mented, most kombucha con­tains less than 1 tsp su­gar per glass.

1 cup frozen chopped fruit eg mango, berries, peaches etc 1 cup kombucha (choose a flavour of your choice) 1 tsp honey 2 Tbsp lime or le­mon juice 1 tsp freshly grated gin­ger (op­tional)

1 Place every­thing in a blender and blitz un­til slushy. Pour into a glass and serve straight away. How re­fresh­ing!
