Kombucha is a slightly bubbly, fermented drink that is incredibly refreshing and, I think, a much nicer alternative to fizzy drink because it’s not too sweet. Because it’s fermented, most kombucha contains less than 1 tsp sugar per glass.
1 cup frozen chopped fruit eg mango, berries, peaches etc 1 cup kombucha (choose a flavour of your choice) 1 tsp honey 2 Tbsp lime or lemon juice 1 tsp freshly grated ginger (optional)
1 Place everything in a blender and blitz until slushy. Pour into a glass and serve straight away. How refreshing!
