It’s been some time since there’s been a high-qual­ity lo­cally pro­duced TV show cater­ing for the own­ers of cus­tom, clas­sic, and mod­i­fied cars, but that all changed at 2pm on Oc­to­ber 18 when the first episode of NAC Car Cul­ture hit screens around the coun­try. The se­ries of half-hour shows is brought to you by the same team that pro­duces your favourite car mag­a­zines — in­clud­ing this one — and is spon­sored by the good folk at NAC In­sur­ance along with help from Teng Tools and the Mount Shop.

The show fea­tures some of the amaz­ing ve­hi­cle builds tak­ing place around the coun­try and gives a rare in­side view of where the magic hap­pens, be that small home garages or lead­ing busi­nesses. The

crew has also been film­ing events all around the coun­try, and will con­tinue to do so for the du­ra­tion of the show, to en­sure that what’s on your screen is as up to date as pos­si­ble.

Di­rec­tor Cal Thor­ley, who has been be­hind many lead­ing TV shows as well as his own Hot Rod Re­vue on­line video se­ries, has been blown away by what he’s seen and the feed­back he’s re­ceived so far from those he’s in­ter­viewed.
