Creative Metal Works
Simon Tippins opened his own shop, Creative Metal Works in Pukekohe, nearly 10 years ago after gaining experience working in the US and the UK restoring historic race cars and classic cars. Simon is a master coachbuilder, taking on bespoke projects for his clients from right around the country and Australia, all coming to him via word of mouth.
Simon has recently completed projects as diverse as an original Cobra chassis RHD conversion, handmade vents for a Bugatti, and rust repairs on a 1939 Mercury convertible. He is proud of every piece of work that comes out of the shop, and personally oversees every aspect of each job.
Creative Metal Works currently has some impressive cars in the shop, including a 1953 Cadillac, a Sunbeam Tiger, and the only 1965 Porsche 911 in the country.
Simon enjoys the diversity of the work, and takes the experience gained from each project onto the next — and the wide spectrum of work Creative Metalworks undertakes means your car will be impressively original and very well thought out.
Creative Metal Works will tackle your project, big or small, and ensure the quality of finish is beyond compare.
