By the time you read this, it will be 50 years since the fi­nal scenes of Grand Prix were be­ing shot at Monza — in the movie, the old banked cir­cuit was used, even though For­mula 1 had dis­pensed with the his­toric banking af­ter the 1960 Ital­ian GP.
