For fleet managers, getting the best value and consistent standards of service are critical. Here we look at Auto Super Shoppes.
Auto Super Shoppes Ltd was formed in 2006 by two successful automotive repairers who own and operate reputable repair workshops on Auckland’s North Shore and in Christchurch. Geoff Harper and David Storey wanted to let motorists know that their businesses, and those under the Auto Super Shoppe banner, offered a point of difference as premium service centres. With industry suppliers backing their premium service centre concept, Geoff and David selected the best workshops throughout New Zealand to join the Auto Super Shoppe network. The Auto Super Shoppe logo is a motorist’s assurance of quality service at fair prices. There are now more than 80 Auto Super Shoppes in a network spanning from Whangarei to Invercargill, consistently offering great automotive services to Auto Super Shoppe customers all over NZ.
How it works
Each Auto Super Shoppe is an independent general automotive repairer that has been selected to join the network. “We are proud to refer to our Shoppes as “members” and we have developed a family- friendly culture that extends to all motorists,” says Geoff. The role of Auto Super Shoppes is to market and advertise the whole network of ‘members’ so that motorists can enjoy an Auto Super Shoppe experience that is consistently good and fair, time after time. The whole network uses quality products that are right for the vehicle. Leading industry brands such as BNT, Repco, DR Britton Valvoline, Century Batteries, GT Radials, Wynns, Apparelmaster and Value Tyres supply their products to the workshops, so fleet managers and private motorists alike can be assured their vehicle will be treated professionally and effectively on all levels.
A big thumbs-up from inventive fleet company Yoogo
For innovative fleet, share and lease company Yoogo, the Auto Super Shoppe network provides essential support that helps keep the group’s fleet business humming. Fleet users demand timely and excellent service, and the challenge for a national company like Yoogo is getting a consistent level of service across the country. It’s important to be able to buy services at the right price and to know the right components are being used. After all, it’s what their reputation depends on. From 2014 when it began business to the present day, Yoogo has been developing its own network and wide range of services in tandem with its service providers and service partners. Paul says Auto Super Shoppe offers “probably the best coverage and most consistent range of services of any company in New Zealand”.
