PERFECTION AND PATIENCE
During her final year of university, Leemay Wong experimented with her love for minimalism. We talked to her about her work, where she gets her inspiration, and what’s coming up in her future
“There was never really a point in my life where I started photography — it was just my thing,” Leemay Wong said. She received her very first camera from her dad at the age of 12, and, since then, she’s progressed from her tiny point-and-shoot to her current Nikon D700. 21-year-old photographer has set up a studio in her house where — with the patience of a saint — she shoots subjects such as slow-melting candles and ice creams.
