THREE-WEEK ELIMINATION DIET
Consume only (organic ideally) Turkey, rabbit, and all game. Except smoked fish or shellfish Except potato, eggplant, tomato, onion, corn or iceberg lettuce. Except citrus, bottled fruit juice, raw apples or strawberries Chickpeas. Flax, evening primrose, olive, saf flower, almond or grape seed oils. Millet, buckwheat, rice, except glutinous rice. Raw or manuka honey is best. Natural flavourings: Herbs, spices (except paprika), carob and sea salt Bottled water, herbal tea, chicor y cof fee, fresh vegetable and fruit juice, except those listed above.
