If what you are do­ing is not mov­ing you to­wards your goals, then it’s mov­ing you away from your goals.” There’s tips too to spice up your per­sonal re­la­tion­ships, like “keep a lit­tle gift hid­den away so you can sur­prise your part­ner when they have had a bad day.”
