Food is an evolving, yet important, part of every day living and the tide is always turning as to what we should be eating and not eating. The underlying thread throughout this book is that eating more fat and reducing carbohydrate is the way to go. The fat, however, needs to be “healthy” fat. Can’t wait to try out the yummy recipes.
