The key to healthy liv­ing and to have com­plete en­ergy and vi­tal­ity – it is not enough to just eat healthy food. There are other sim­ple things that cre­ate good health and if you ap­ply the fol­low­ing sim­ple eight steps in your day-to-day liv­ing, you will no­tice dra­matic im­prove­ments in your vi­tal­ity, health and qual­ity of life:

1. Nu­tri­tion – eat plant­based, fresh pro­duce and avoid pro­cessed foods and sug­ars.

2. Ex­er­cise – get at least 30 min­utes ev­ery day.

3. Wa­ter – drink at least two litres of pure wa­ter per day.

4. Sun­shine – aim for ten min­utes min­i­mum per day.

5. Tem­per­ance – free your­self from stim­u­lants like al­co­hol en­ergy drinks, cof­fee and drugs.

6. Air – breathe deeply – start ev­ery day with ten deep breaths.

7. Rest – get eight hours qual­ity sleep ev­ery night.

8. Trust – live at peace with ev­ery­one.
