Tahini and honey bis­cuits

1 cup Lifestream Pure Pro­tein pow­der ½ cup se­same seeds 1 cup al­mond meal ½ tea­spoon bi­car­bon­ate soda ¼ tea­spoon salt 1/3 cup tahini, hulled 1/3 cup sweet­ener (equal por­tions of raw honey, raw agave, maple syrup and/or co­conut nec­tar) 1 tea­spoon vanilla ½ tea­spoon cin­na­mon ½ tea­spoon ground car­damom

Pre­heat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix to­gether the dry in­gre­di­ents (ex­cept se­same seeds). Set aside. In a sep­a­rate bowl, mix to­gether the wet in­gre­di­ents then mix the wet into the dry. Roll into wal­nut-sized balls then roll in the se­same seeds. Place on a greased bak­ing tray and bake for about 15 min­utes or un­til golden brown.
