Tahini and honey biscuits
1 cup Lifestream Pure Protein powder ½ cup sesame seeds 1 cup almond meal ½ teaspoon bicarbonate soda ¼ teaspoon salt 1/3 cup tahini, hulled 1/3 cup sweetener (equal portions of raw honey, raw agave, maple syrup and/or coconut nectar) 1 teaspoon vanilla ½ teaspoon cinnamon ½ teaspoon ground cardamom
Preheat oven to 180°C. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (except sesame seeds). Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients then mix the wet into the dry. Roll into walnut-sized balls then roll in the sesame seeds. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
