her caring attitude and her knowledge and understanding of the human body and psyche never ceases to amaze.
We never know what our three outdoor resistance training sessions each week will consist of, sometimes dictated by weather or underfoot conditions, but always varied and with some new challenging twist thrown in. We also now get to see the other side of Jean when attending her newly introduced yoga classes once a week. Again, in one session I was converted from sceptic to a dedicated believer.
I have always been active and relatively fit, but can honestly say that I am in better shape now at 64 years than I was as a 50-year-old and all thanks to Jean Scott and her Warrior group training. One of the best investments we have ever made in our lives.
