her car­ing at­ti­tude and her knowl­edge and un­der­stand­ing of the hu­man body and psy­che never ceases to amaze.

We never know what our three out­door re­sis­tance train­ing ses­sions each week will con­sist of, some­times dic­tated by weather or un­der­foot con­di­tions, but al­ways var­ied and with some new chal­leng­ing twist thrown in. We also now get to see the other side of Jean when at­tend­ing her newly in­tro­duced yoga classes once a week. Again, in one ses­sion I was con­verted from scep­tic to a ded­i­cated be­liever.

I have al­ways been ac­tive and rel­a­tively fit, but can hon­estly say that I am in bet­ter shape now at 64 years than I was as a 50-year-old and all thanks to Jean Scott and her War­rior group train­ing. One of the best in­vest­ments we have ever made in our lives.
