How far can you hit your 7 iron?

170 on a good day

If you could pick any three peo­ple, alive or dead, to play in a four­ball with, who would they be – and the rea­sons for your choices?

Winx (the race­horse – she has won me a cou­ple of dol­lars over her ca­reer so had to in­clude her!), Frank Si­na­tra & James Bond.

And the three peo­ple you would least like to play with and why?

Any Kar­dashian (ex­cept Ken­dall) Don­ald Trump & any­one with iron cov­ers.

What is the strong­est part of your game?

Iron play and wedge game- now strengths are driv­ing the golf cart!

What is your long­est hole out and where?

12th at Nga Motu -180 with a 6 iron while my old man was giv­ing me stick about the putt I missed pre­vi­ously.

What frus­trates you about golf?

It's an emo­tional roller coaster that will break you like a wild horse!

Tell us about your best round.

1st round 2013 Vic­to­ria Open at the 13th Beach Golf Links. Shot a 65 in the wind to have a 3 shot lead.

Tell us about your worst round?

1st round 2013 Vic­to­ria Open at the 13th Beach Golf Links. Didn't sign my card so o DQ'd and was on the plane home that evening! ning!

How old were you when you started play­ing golf and who got you started?

11 years old- Poppa and Dad

When did you turn pro­fes­sional?

2011

Who is your favourite player to watch and why?

Adam Scott, drives the ball like a god & looks like one too.

And your least favourite?

Any­one slow... I've got the at­ten­tion span of a 6 year old af­ter a bot­tle of Fanta so don't go so well with slow play­ers.

If you couldn’t work in the golf in­dus­try what pro­fes­sion would you choose?

Events or lux­ury cars, I'm lucky enough to be in­volved in both at the mo­ment!

Of the cour­ses you have played around the world, which one is your favourite and why?

Tara Iti north of Auck­land be­cause of the de­sign as­pect. I'm a golf nerd so en­joy the mix of holes and lay­out, also the set­ting is pretty spe­cial too!

Who would you get the most sat­is­fac­tion out of beat­ing on a golf course?

Ryan Fox - hands down.

What is the fun­ni­est thing you have seen or ex­pe­ri­enced on a golf course.

Too many that one doesn't jump out and most I can't say with­out some­one get­ting a breach from one of the tours!!

What is your favourite hol­i­day des­ti­na­tion in the world?

It's a toss-up be­tween Queen­stown and Las Vegas - both for the golf cour­ses ob­vi­ously

What do you en­joy most about golf?

Cash games with mates- you find out re­ally quickly who your friends are when you have a 4 footer to win the cash on that hole
