develop a better turn or PIVOT through the ball versus slapping through with the hands and wrists.
When you do this your hips have room to turn and open up and it stops them from sliding across. As your hips turn your shoulders follow your hips and you should finish with a good follow through position.
It is also a very good drill for curing “The Duck Hooks”
It is in my opinion a great Drill for low handicap “Good” golfers. However If you slice badly, I don't recommend you do this one.
↑ 01: Stand to the ball as per normal
↑ 02-03: Pull your Left Foot back off the line one foot length so that the front of the toes on your left foot are in line with the back of the heel of your right foot.
