PENSKE TRANS­PORTA­TION GROUP In­ter­na­tional has ap­pointed Tracy Black chief nan­cial o cer of its Aus­tralian and New Zealand op­er­a­tions.

Penske TGI pres­i­dent Ran­dall Sey­more says that Black is “an en­gag­ing, down to earth in­di­vid­ual who is pas­sion­ate about team de­vel­op­ment, part­ner­ing with the busi­ness, and process im­prove­ment.

“Her back­ground and ex­pe­ri­ence equip her well to man­age Penske’s nan­cial op­er­a­tions as we con­tinue to grow our busi­nesses across Aus­tralia and NZ.”

She re­places Patti Pa­que­tte, who has been re­as­signed to Penske Au­to­mo­tive

Group’s HQ in the United States as its di­rec­tor of in­ter­nal au­dit.

Black has had po­si­tions in

nance, ac­count­ing and in­ter­nal con­trol func­tions – most re­cently hold­ing the po­si­tion of di­rec­tor and in­ter­na­tional con­troller at Edgewell

Per­sonal Care.

She will over­see the nan­cial depart­ments for PTGI and its sub­sidiaries, Penske Com­mer­cial Ve­hi­cles and Penske Power Sys­tems.
