Tomato & Basil Tuna Quesadilla
SERVES 4 INGREDIENTS 5 PREP + COOKING TIME 11 MINS 2 x 185g can Sealord Tuna with Tomato & Basil 4 tortilla wraps 4 cups baby spinach leaves 1 cup grated tasty cheese Rice bran oil 1 Place 1 tortilla wrap on a clean surface. On top of tortilla, place 1 can Sealord Tuna with Tomato & Basil, 2 cups spinach and ½ cup grated cheese. 2 Place another tortilla wrap on top. Repeat with second tortilla wrap. 3 Place in heated frying pan with a little rice bran oil. When brown on one side, turn over carefully and press down. When brown on both sides, remove from pan and repeat with next tortilla. 4 Cool slightly and slice into 8 portions. Serve with a green salad.
