Tomato & Basil Tuna Que­sadilla

SERVES 4 IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 5 PREP + COOK­ING TIME 11 MINS 2 x 185g can Sealord Tuna with Tomato & Basil 4 tor­tilla wraps 4 cups baby spinach leaves 1 cup grated tasty cheese Rice bran oil 1 Place 1 tor­tilla wrap on a clean sur­face. On top of tor­tilla, place 1 can Sealord Tuna with Tomato & Basil, 2 cups spinach and ½ cup grated cheese. 2 Place an­other tor­tilla wrap on top. Re­peat with sec­ond tor­tilla wrap. 3 Place in heated fry­ing pan with a lit­tle rice bran oil. When brown on one side, turn over care­fully and press down. When brown on both sides, re­move from pan and re­peat with next tor­tilla. 4 Cool slightly and slice into 8 por­tions. Serve with a green salad.
