SERVES 4 INGREDIENTS 11 PREP + COOKING TIME 24 MINS 1 x 400g Sealord Fish Bites (lemon pepper crumb or classic crumb) 2 ripe avocados ¼ cup coriander leaves, chopped 1 spring onion, chopped ½ tsp chilli flakes Dash of red Tabasco sauce Juice of 1 lime 1 garlic clove, crushed Salt 8 small flour tortillas Red and green cabbage, thinly sliced Salsa, to serve 1 Preheat oven to 200°C. 2 Place Sealord Fish Bites on tray. Cook for about 7 minutes each side or until fully cooked. 3 While the sh is cooking, peel avocados and place esh in a mixing bowl. Add coriander, spring onion, chilli akes, Tabasco, lime juice, garlic and salt. Mash together with a fork. 4 Wrap tortillas in foil and place in the oven for a few minutes. When sh is ready, place tortillas on a at surface. 5 Place some of the cabbage on tortillas followed by guacamole. Top with sh bites. Serve with salsa.
