Fish Ta­cos

SERVES 4 IN­GRE­DI­ENTS 11 PREP + COOK­ING TIME 24 MINS 1 x 400g Sealord Fish Bites (lemon pep­per crumb or clas­sic crumb) 2 ripe avo­ca­dos ¼ cup co­rian­der leaves, chopped 1 spring onion, chopped ½ tsp chilli flakes Dash of red Tabasco sauce Juice of 1 lime 1 gar­lic clove, crushed Salt 8 small flour tor­tillas Red and green cab­bage, thinly sliced Salsa, to serve 1 Pre­heat oven to 200°C. 2 Place Sealord Fish Bites on tray. Cook for about 7 min­utes each side or un­til fully cooked. 3 While the sh is cook­ing, peel avo­ca­dos and place esh in a mix­ing bowl. Add co­rian­der, spring onion, chilli akes, Tabasco, lime juice, gar­lic and salt. Mash to­gether with a fork. 4 Wrap tor­tillas in foil and place in the oven for a few min­utes. When sh is ready, place tor­tillas on a at sur­face. 5 Place some of the cab­bage on tor­tillas fol­lowed by gua­camole. Top with sh bites. Serve with salsa.
