What has been your biggest beauty sin over winter? Not body brushing as much as I do in the warmer months. It’s too cold at 7am for that nonsense!

What beauty product do you replace most often? Sans (ceuticals) Activator 7 Body + Hair + Face Oil – it’s multi-use and high-performance in one.

Do you take any beauty supplements? Yes, I like The Super Elixir by WelleCo and, depending on how my skin is doing, Advanced Nutrition Programme supplements.

What beauty treatment would you most like to try? A lash lift! I’ve been using Revitalash for two months and my lashes are so long. But I hear a lash lift will take them to the next level.

When putting on make-up, are you a brush or fingers girl? A mix. I use a brush for foundation – the Rae Morris Radiance Brush – but fingers for my eyes all the way!
