Beyond­sem­ble re­turns to Gore

Beyond­sem­ble will make its third out­ing in Gore on Novem­ber 22 when they per­form at the East­ern South­land Gallery. The 8pm per­for­mance is part of a na­tion­wide tour, which started on Novem­ber 1. East­ern South­land Gallery pro­grammes of­fi­cer Mar­cella Ged­des said the gallery was look­ing for­ward to host­ing the group again, fol­low­ing an en­thu­si­as­tic re­sponse to their pre­vi­ous two con­certs in Gore. Beyond­sem­ble has per­formed a na­tional tour ev­ery year since it be­gan in 2009. It had fur­ther recog­ni­tion when the band launched its de­but al­bum in 2011. The group has a unique sound, merg­ing Celtic, Latin, jazz and gypsy rhythm with its own cre­ativ­ity. Tick­ets are avail­able from the East­ern Gallery for $25. Gallery mem­bers pay $20 for tick­ets and stu­dents $15.
