Now it’s time to get back in the game for the Vodafone Workplace Challenge, which started on Monday. It’s a month long challenge to become more active counting the minutes of exercise you do and trying new activities.
Thankfully Sport Southland have put the challenges online so we can mentally prepare ourselves for them too.
