WELLNESS ON A PLATE
I loved reading about Rachel Kelly; what a brave woman to not only battle depression but to use what she learned to help others. Life is indeed overwhelming at times and it’s easy to neglect our own wellbeing, when we should be taking care of ourselves – that old ‘put your oxygen mask on first’ thing. On a practical note, I have already made Rachel’s kumara and chickpea curry and even the ‘meatatarians’ in our house loved it. As for the brownies, they’re the best I have ever made. So thank you Rachel, and NEXT, for giving us practical ideas on how to look after our minds and bodies.
