North Canterbury’s Angie Petty settled for second in the 1km street race in the Big Shot And Fast K athletics meet in Christchurch. Despite finishing strongly, Petty couldn’t haul in Australian Heidi See, finishing 0.74sec behind See, who won in 2min 39.11sec.
