FROM THE EDITOR
Be careful what you wish for. Last week I wrote about the upcoming 8 week challenge, which I’m all signed up for, and how I’m going to be joined by a couple of coworkers.
I hadn’t bet on the fact that one of those reporters is mad keen on the project, and it’s taking on a life of its own.
So not only are we signed up for the Snap Fitness 8 week challenge, we’re also signed up for the Pegasus Fun Run on October 1, which will be a warm up for the Summer Starter in November.
I’m not sure if you remember, but I really, really don’t like running. I’m not built for it, I can’t do it, and I’d rather deadlift my trainer than run around the block.
But I’m in deep now. So, expect to see some great wee updates from Kim, Emma and me – no doubt accompanied by very embarrassing photos – of our journey over the next 8 weeks. It’s going to be fun, right? Because misery just loves a bit of company.
