The Camaro nameplate has been around for 50 years so GM has rolled out a 50th Anniversary Edition. GM’s response to the Mustang debuted in 1966, and the new car features the RS appearance package as standard, ‘Nightfall Gray’ metallic paint, a new front splitter and unique 20-inch alloys. It gets a revised grille, orange brake calipers, and 50th Anniversary body stripes. The interior features orange contrast stitching on the black leather and suede seats. It’s available as a coupe or convertible and in 2LT and 2SS trim levels, the latter with the 6.2-litre, 340kW/615Nm V8 and optional eight-speed auto.
