Kindness is cool

I've just read [ Jane McCarroll’s] article "Kindness is cool" [ Management November 2016]. It's a particularly cool article and thanks for articulating this message so well. Kindness is top of my values list and I absolutely love to see it in others. It's what draws me to people. I like to believe that kindness is contagious, as you say in your article, but whether it is or it isn't, it is a powerful force for well-being.
