Gov­er­nance Essentials

As a di­rec­tor you are ac­count­able, with this course you will un­der­stand the re­spon­si­bil­i­ties of a board and the in­di­vid­ual di­rec­tors. You will un­der­stand the fun­da­men­tal roles, board re­la­tion­ships, ro­bust pro­cesses, good de­ci­sion-mak­ing and the op­er­a­tions of a board.
