Make your own flavour­some herb crack­ers.

In­gre­di­ents: • 1 cup chick­pea flour • ¼ cup wa­ter

• 2 ta­ble­spoons sun­flower seeds • 2 ta­ble­spoons ground flaxseed • 1 tea­spoon dried rose­mary

• ½ tea­spoon dried thyme • ½ tea­spoon olive oil

• ½ tea­spoon salt • 2 cloves gar­lic, minced

• 1/8 tea­spoon bak­ing soda

Heat oven to 180°C. Com­bine all in­gre­di­ents and mix un­til a dough forms. Add a bit more wa­ter if the dough is dry, or chick­pea flour if it’s too wet. The dough will be sticky. Place the dough be­tween two sheets of bak­ing pa­per and roll out to 6mm thick. Re­move the top layer of bak­ing pa­per and cut dough into squares or tri­an­gles, pok­ing holes in each cracker to pre­vent them from puff­ing. Bake for 15-20 min­utes un­til golden brown.
