WILD LAVENDER HONEY IS MADE by bees that feast on the pretty purple buds of this versatile herb, but if you‘ve got lavender in the garden, you can create it yourself!
Ingredients 2 dozen fresh lavender blossoms or 1 tablespoon dried flowers 1 cup honey
Stir honey and lavender together over low heat. Remove, cover and leave at room temperature for a day. Warm again until it is liquid enough to pour through a sieve into a jar.
