Place 6 green tea bags in a heat-re­sis­tant jug with 1/4 cup each brown sugar and liq­uid honey. Pour over 4 cups boil­ing wa­ter, stir­ring un­til sugar dis­solves. Add a hand­ful of mint leaves and leave to cool then add a chopped tele­graph cu­cum­ber and place in the fridge for at least an hour. Add the juice of a le­mon, strain and serve in glasses over ice with slices of cu­cum­ber and mint leaves to gar­nish. Serves 4
