RASPBERRY & ROSÉ SANGRIA
Serve this gorgeous, refreshing beverage in a glass vessel for maximum impact and be sure to chill it really well.
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries ½ cup vodka
cup caster sugar
750ml (1 bottle) rosé
2 cups cranberry juice
1 orange, juiced
Soda water (optional)

Place the 2 cups of raspberries, vodka and caster sugar in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight if possible.
Drain the mixture through a sieve, discarding the raspberry pulp. Place the raspberry juice mixture in a large jug or bowl and add rosé, cranberry juice and orange juice. Refrigerate until well chilled.
Serve the sangria over plenty of ice and with the garnishes added, topping it up with chilled soda water for a fizzy sangria if desired. Makes about 2 litres, serves 8-12
