gin­ger, mirin, oil, gar­lic, se­same seeds

De­li­cious with noo­dles, fresh veg­eta­bles, fish, chicken and beef dishes. In a bowl com­bine 1 tea­spoon each: white miso paste, se­same oil, soy sauce, brown sugar and grated fresh gin­ger. Add 1 ta­ble­spoon each of mirin and veg­etable oil and a clove of crushed gar­lic. Whisk to com­bine and add a sprin­kle of lightly toasted se­same seeds. Makes about 1/3 cup, serves 4
