For a quick meal, add cooked prawns to your favourite miso soup along with some cooked noo­dles, sliced spring onions, blanched as­para­gus and a few lightly cooked Asian mush­rooms. Gar­nish with sea­weed salad or toasted nori, and a sprin­kle of black se­same seeds if de­sired.
